vKaan - vSphere Health Check - Aria Operations Management Pack

vKaan - vSphere Health Check is a management pack solution for maintaining the configurations of your vSphere environments. This package vKaan allows you to monitor Cluster HA and DRS configurations and identify non-identical objects. It also detects vSphere DRS rule violations and generates alerts. By identifying rule violations it helps ensure that your vSphere environment remains stable, efficient and compliant for your desired state. vKaan Management Pack System Requirements

* vSphere API version must be higher than 8.0.1.0 (vSphere 7.x versions are not supported)
* Aria Operations Manager version must be the higher than 8.10.x

vKaan Management Pack Service Account User Permission Requirements

* An account with read-only permission
* Propagate to children option must be selected

Instructions

1. Download "vKaan - vSphere Health Check.zip" file and exract it in a folder.
2. Install "vKaan - vSphere Health Check-1.x.x.x.pak" file from Data Sources> Integration> Repository menu.
3. Import "vKaan - Cluster Configuration Views.xml" file from Environment> Views Menu
4. Add your vCenter Server in "vKaan - vSphere Health Check" from Data Sources> Integrations> Repository
5. After the vKaan MP has finished collecting data you can view "vKaan - Cluster Configuration Summary Dashboard"
