I like coding. Sponsors allow me to do that more. I've already spent 1000s of hours contributing to the open source community in the last decade and I'd love to spend more.
One-hundred per month allow me to code for open-source projects 1 hour per day **barring** Saturday and Sunday. But, jokes on me, I already do that but for probs 8 hours a day. Really, what I'm hoping from this program is to use it to fund me purchasing an Apple Developer Membership + licenses to dev software that will help me do better / faster work for the OSS community.
