types: add missing atomic integer types

Detailed description

Add missing atomic integer types. Without them it wreaks havoc for every printing (avgp, tp, pf, etc) of the structured type (struct, union) that uses them directly or via the chain of typedefs.

As for why uint64_t suddenly changed to unsigned long long - it should be solved by #4618
