Fixes #2370

Proposed Changes

  • introduce an Action that can be added to tables to allow row reordering
  • add supporting JS

Very helpful feature, thank you @giant-robot.
I guess we must have some piece of documentation, as minimum how to setup\configure, database migration examples and so on.
