- Add new gcc releases (14.2.0, 13.3.0, 12.4.0, 11.5.0)
- Update CI to build gcc 14.2.0
- Backport 2 patches from the gcc master branch to fix parallel LTO (gcc bugzilla 110710)
- Adopt a patch from gcc bugzilla 110572 to fix static builds
This fixes "the specified path was not found" errors during parallel LTO.
