* Split lib into Arduino and ESP files. Added 4 more effects for ESP devices (breaks ws2812fx_patterns_web!)

* Tweaked some timing and finalized the effect categories

* removed extar ESP modes and refactored rainbow_cycle to be more efficient

* updated change log

* fixed documentation

* updated tester.txt
