⚠️ Compatibility with Micro-Manager versions

htSMLM 2.1.0 is compatible with the following Micro-Manager versions:

• 2.0.1 (later than 06.04.23)
• 2.0.2
• 2.0.3 (last tested on 05.01.24)

This htSMLM version is compatible with Micro-Manager versions later than 06.04.23 (micro-manager/micro-manager#1668). This means that it is compatible with the latest nightly builds but it is not compatible with Micro-Manager 2.0.0 stable release.

How to install htSMLM

Place htsmlm-2.1.0.jar in a folder called "EMU" in Micro-manager. Refer to the guide on how to install and use it.

Micro-Manager version compatibility

⚠️ This version is similar to htSMLM v2.1.0, but while v2.1.0 is compatible with later versions of Micro-Manager 2.0.1 and above, this release is compatible with the following Micro-Manager versions:

• 2.0.0
• 2.0.1 until the nightly build Micro-Manager-2.0.1_20221105 (05.11.22)

The reason is that after 05.11.22, a change to the code base (micro-manager/micro-manager@b126fcf) prevents the automated acquisition script from stopping acquisitions automatically (e.g. whne reaching activation maximum).

This was solved in versions later than 06.04.23 (micro-manager/micro-manager#1668), see release v2.1.0.
