hi @elisescu, thanks for a great tool. this PR adds support for a base URL path, which is useful because:

works with reverse http proxies (nginx, etc) which route different paths to different internal services
allow for creating unique urls that cannot be reused, so that a previously shared URL can be invalidated permanently
