Are not supported
iOS uses a completely different API for BLE interaction and for Beacons. The OS carefully strips BLE API from anything that can be used for locating the end user — this includes peripheral MAC addresses, specific BLE Services and Characteristics, Beacons' advertisement data.
You can search for a Beacon specific React Native library. E.g. react-native-beacons-manager
