Upon launching, if you have multiple supported games installed, you'll be presented with a prompt like this:

 index | Game
-------|-----
[0]     Skyrim Special Edition (steam)
[1]     Oblivion (steam)

This prompt merely wants you to type the index of the game you would like to manage, then hit your return key. For example, to manage Skyrim Special Edition, I would type 0 then my return or enter key:

[0]     Skyrim Special Edition (steam)
[1]     Oblivion (steam)

>_: 0

If you only have one supported game installed, it will be selected automatically and you won't be presented with that menu.
