ViCTreeView is a visualisation plugin for ViCTree. This is a customised Phylogenetic Tree developed using D3.js, which reads input files from data directory of this repository and visualise tree.
#ViCTree ViCTree is a bioinformatics framework that automatically selects new candidate virus sequences from GenBank, generates multiple sequence alignments, calculates a maximum likelihood phylogeny and integrates the sequences into the existing phylogenetic trees.
