CGN characterization code [WIP]
Specialis-Revelio is an extension of Revelio (which detects NAT444 in the ISP) that aims to characterize the CGN along the path.
Majority of the tests we include are inspired from RFC5780: https://tools.ietf.org/pdf/rfc5780.pdf
