Email support

This release adds email support to Tikker. Once every month, an email can be send which contains a transaction overview and a seperate email for a possible food declaration. Also, when someone's debt is larger than 30 euros, he or she will receive a reminder to pay of their debt. Sending emails is done when shutting down Tikker. However, sending these emails might take a few minutes depending on the amount of users and transactions.
