This PR does a lot.

  • Adds the Reporter class, which communicates with the Information Radiator API to display tests.
  • Gets automated release working via GitHub actions.
  • Uses the translator testing model for pydantic validation.
  • Adds Slack integration for more information radiation.
  • Updates tests.
