v1.0.1: TF2C 2.1.2 update is here, what will be the next journey?

Nothing breakage was made on 2.1.2 release, and here goes small hotfix that addresses ctf voiceline not playing.

Finally, I am happy to present this release, and which mean the revival of TF2C version has come... Unofficially. As mentioned above, there will be Barebones edition only at the moment, as I don't have enough time to finish all versions at once.
