- Added destroyed gate building mainly for visuals --> Sprite credits go to UOcelot16
- Kirov now moves up and down like other air units
- Talon gun now moves in like in dor
- Gates now uses the factory dor background
- Added warning before overwriting files

- Fixed game rule "no hq single hq" not swapping the correct town for a captured hq

- Fixed script event power bar not working correctly for floating numbers
- Fixed visual layout for large buildings in the damage calculator
- Fixed vision range checking for units without weapons
- Fixed missing damage against infantries from gun boats
- Fixed map creator mod for small boats
- several build system variables have been moved so they are easier moddable
- added option to add costs to perks, allowing to make perks chooseable based on those costs
