Enzymatic protein digestion simulation
Readers (mzIdentML, MGF, FASTA)
Writers (MGF, FASTA, proBed)
Third party tools (MS-GF+, Mascot)
As well as a number of utitilies such as sequence mass calculation, formula calculation, tolerance (ppm/da) conversion, and decoy generation.
