Retargeted app to Android 10 (API 29)

Uploading to Google Play Store requires our app to target API 29 and this release does that. Also, as a temporary fix, we are requesting for legacy external storage but later releases would take care of that because legacyExternalStorage migh be soon removed from the Android OS.

Also, the signing certificates of this application have been changed and if you wish to download this version but have already installed another previous version before, you need to completely uninstall the previous version(s) of this app and install the newer one.

Added Splash screen and improved image quality

This Version of IScan provides a better image quality in the PDF created by the users. Along with this, a splash screen has also been added to give it a more professional user interface. This release is planned to be the first version of IScan - the Indian Scanner App to be available on Google Play Store.

Completed App with all basic features

This release gives features like cropping, applying filters and creating PDFs. This Version uses Zellory's image compressor for fastest performance with high quality work. Also, the NeutrinosPlatform's scanlibrary helps to crop and filter the images before compiling them into a PDF.

Added corner detection feature

Added the ability to detect corners and highlight them.
Currently, the corners are only shown and you cannot move them and the app would not crop it automatically. The ability of the user to move the corners and to crop according to them will be added in future releases.
