Add dropdown for hyperstack dimension selection

Used to set the dimension for scrolling when Next slice is selected with hyperstacks

Maintaining the left click allows to move the ROI around before fixing it to the final position (upon release of the click)

Fix ROI slice-position

Now the roi slice-position is saved, including for hyperstack.
This introduces a minimum requirement for ImageJ 1.52r, otherwise the toolset are functional but will show up a message when annotating stacks or hyperstacks.

Add arbitrary ROI support

This release contains a few new functionalities:

• support arbitrary ROI as "template"
• add help button in toolbar
• allow setting the Roi.group in the settings of the tools (or using numerical keyboard shortcuts) if ImageJ > 1.52t

ImageJ/Fiji 1-clic ROI Tool

Toolset that offers additional toolbar ROI tools, with predefined custom ROI shapes.

Using the 1-Click ROI, clicking on an image generates a predefined ROI.
If the option are selected, the generated ROI is added to the Roi Manager, the command "run Measure" is run for the selected region and if a stack is used, the next image is displayed.
