Player Region Hierarchy

RedProtect have 3 ranks the player can set by Leaders.
This allow the leaders to have more security in what each player can change on region without risk of remove the region or change the priorities. On claim a region, the creator is always the Leader.

Member

Can do all, except add/remove other members, can't change flags, priorities and welcome message.

Admin

Can make all of member can, in addition, can change the flags values, add or remove flags and add/remove more admins and members.

Leader

Can make the same as Admin, but can remove and create more regions inside others of same leader, set priority and add others leaders, and add/remove more admins and members. Only the leaders can list regions with /rp list and transfer the region to other players adding other leaders.

The permission to bypass the request and directly add the leader without need to use /rp lyes/lno is redprotect.command.addleader.bypass
