Upgrade dependencies

It's been a while since upgrading dependencies. `quick-xml` is still
lagging pretty far behind and has known incompatibilities, but the
newest version has a substantial change to the API; I'll likely upgrade
later. (Though XML support is very slow, and probably not used by
anybody, since I myself favor the SQLite version)
