download the DarkyBobby theme
copy the "DarkyBobby" folder and the "DarkyBobby.qss" file to your "themes" directory
select the "DarkyBobby" theme in the OBS settings and voilà
by default the installation path is located: C:\Program Files\obs-studio\data\obs-studio\themes
