Add web wallet

To test this web wallet with MetamaskSnap integration, you will need to first install Metamask Flask

1. Download and install Metamask Flask, Create a wallet and disable other web3 wallet (especially regular Metamask extension)

2. Install all dependencies

yarn

3. From the root of the project, run

yarn build:snap
yarn build:adapter
yarn start:snap

4. From a second terminal run the web wallet

cd packages/wallet
yarn && yarn dev
