DIFFIND based on Luigi framework involving Python packages - Pathos, Scipy and novel modules: pycdhit and FA_TOOL. It allowed to estimate the degree of similarity between compared sequences by using Farthest Point Algorithm calculation completed by generation of a heatmap plotted with Matplotlib module. The analysis is facilitated by visualization of the matching results of the sequence comparison with minimal sequence similarity defined by user. Branches visualized on dendrogram are separated if distance value between two consecutive nodes crossed value equal to 0.7 of maximum distance between all nodes. This calculation is considered as independent cluster reflected into various colors of each branch
