Wrap the services as a docker image.

• Make sure all components can run in a Ubuntu docker image.
• Introduce overrides for the configuration using environment variables.
• Make sure the configuration gets as simple as possible.
• Change the github publish action so that it automatically pushes a fresh docker image.
• Make sure the docker startup looks ok. The Console menu is not a good fit.
• Find out what settings need to be given through the docker startup and what settings need to be configured in the admin portal.
