What's going on?

glog is annoying to configure, confusing to look at, and poorly documented. Lets gut this and replace with a better logger. See #32

Expected Behavior

glog is replaced by something less annoying to configure and use
gorilla's CombinedLogger for HTTP middleware uses the same logger
