Upload buttons accept both SBOMs and Advisories files

When doing an upload from the SBOMs or Advisories pages do not check for the type of upload.
Therefore it's possible to upload an advisory from the SBOMs page and vice-versa, upload a SBOM from the Advisory page.

If that's not expected then filtering out any other file content but the one adapted for the related button would need to be implemented.
