Handle timed out redemptions

Currently the timed out redemptions are displayed like this:

The state is shown as ERROR and the details are showing the spinning wheel and text suggesting that redemption is being processed. It would be nice to show something more meaningful.
This is a low priority thing though, as it's highly unlikely to get a timed out redemption on the production environment.
