Possible implementation: /<club>/join page that a club leader can email to their potential members. This page will

not be visible on the sidebar (the join button serves that purpose)
prompt the user to log in if they are not (similar to QoL: Allow permission required pages (i.e. club admin panel, club "sign in to join") to show sign in button #214)
prompt the user to confirm that they would like to join (cancel -> home page)
