Cannot install with python versions >=3.7

I want to install python-pcl with newer python versions but get the following error:

Problem: package python-pcl-0.3.0-py36_0 requires python >=3.6,<3.7.0a0, but none of the providers can be installed

mamba install -c sirokujira python-pcl --channel conda-forge

Possible Solution

Create a new conda distribution of python-pcl for python >=3.7.
