setup error on MacOS

I have installed PCL by brew install pcl, and the version seems to be 1.11.
But when I execute python setup.py build_ext -i, it comes with the error below

setup.py: error: cannot find PCL, tried
pkg-config pcl_common-1.11
pkg-config pcl_common-1.9
pkg-config pcl_common-1.8
pkg-config pcl_common-1.7
pkg-config pcl_common-1.6
pkg-config pcl_common

So how I can fix the version conflict, or waiting for an update of python-pcl to support pcl 1.11?
