我似乎已经知道了，在下了 WP Editor.md 这个插件以后，
WP Editor.md里面的设置有个关于目录的，提示我要下个插件
Table of Contents Plus，然后目录就有了。
注意，还有一步关于wp editor的，一定要在wp editor的设置-高级设置里勾选兼容模式，不然目录不会生成
