When viewing the project, we'd like to know that there is a related event on the calendar. This is as relevant as a W/F or support material.

What to do with project?

At first, I thought that I wouldn't want to see the project until at least after the event. However, there doesn't seem to be enough information to completely automate this. Remember, experts seem to recommend reviewing projects on a less-than-daily basis, so we probably want to still see a calendared project in that setting. Perhaps there could also be convenience/suggested behaviors like:

  • hide or flag until after appointment
  • pop back up or flag after that so I can verify the appointment completed it. For example, maybe it was cancelled or followup is needed.
