When something is deleted with the extension in a question, error notification always appears

Describe the issue/bug:
When we moderate a question (not on the Reported Contents Page) using the quick delete buttons or normally through the moderation panel of the extension, the notification "something went wrong" always appears, even when all went well.

To Reproduce:

1. Open a question as if to add an answer.
2. Moderate it in the extension moderation panel or by the quick delete buttons
