Describe the solution/idea you'd like

How about having some filters in view user content page for selective deletion users?

For example :-

• Filtering all spam questions/answers which contains some particular keywords like follow me/inbox me etc.

• Filtering all answers less than 20 words(word limit filter).

• Filtering all answers having attachments.

• Filtering kind of same pattern in question/answers.

Something like that. Possible?

Describe expected outcome from your solution

It would be really convenient than checking/unchecking all valid/invalid questions/answers manually and will save time.
