Is there a reason for the ordering of the role types and the roles within each?

Project Roles

Project team - Is this really a role, perhaps need to have a separate definition somewhere and the importance of a project in the context of TRE c.f. Turing paper

Data steward, should data be provided to anything besides a project?

Infrastructure Management Roles

Operator -> People responsible for the management of the TRE’s IT infrastructure and general processes documented throughout the SATRE specification. Examples include carrying out data ingress/egress and managing user access. TRE operators should expect to have access to documentation regarding all processes they are required to carry out, developed by themselves or (in partnership with) the TRE Developers. This documentation should be comprehensive and include troubleshooting steps (see Knowledge management).

To me this seems to combine two aspects of TRE operation and different functions. One operator role, is responsible for the technical management and operation of a TRE. The second role is day-to-day admin of an operational TRE. Is it worth separating out Operator role, deploying, maintaining and overseeing the oepration of a TRE. and an Admin role: day to day managing user access, data ingress/egress etc. If not adding a new role would the management of TRE infrastructure be moved to the responsibility of the 'Builder'?, deployment, upgrade/updates and maintenance?

Data Analyst typo
Analysts working with TREs that meet the SATRE standard should~~ to~~ have a broadly similar user experience

Data Management Roles

People who ensure data within a TRE is maintained and processed in ways useful to data analysts, including providing data extracts to specific projects or data analysts. May also be known as Data Wranglers*, Data Engineers* or Data Cleaners.

Governance Roles

Roles that uphold the governance of TREs. Such governance responsibilities typically involve establishing policies and procedures to ensure the responsible use of data . This should protect the privacy and confidentiality of research participants, as well as promote transparency and accountability in research activities.
