Add carbon footprints to the Category taxonomy for Open Products Facts

Problem

• We should have an order of magnitude estimation of the carbon impact of objects surrounding us

Proposed solution

• We should collect whatever carbon estimates are available for various categories, and show them on products with a matching category, with a big "This is a rough approximation at the category level"
