現状Publisherにおける以下の機能をmain.js内に実装している。

AnnounceされたNamespaceを管理
SubuscribeメッセージをハンドルしてOkとErrorを出し分ける

ただ、これらはMOQTの仕様に関わる機能なのでlibとして実装した方がいいと思われる。
以下2点を検討したい。

現在のmoqt-client-sampleをlib部分とsample部分に分ける
上記の機能をlib部分へ移す
