I am running a Tripplite SMART3000RM2U off the HID driver, and some values are off by a factor of 1000000.
UPS.PowerConverter.Output.Voltage is showing as 0.00001122 when its should be 112.2, and UPS.PowerConverter.Output.ActivePower is off by the same factor.

Interesting, it seems that the commit ee25d33 (from PR #122), among the most recent changes in this subdriver although from 2014 (so should be part of NUT 2.7.4), did address an issue with major shift in scales, by 100000.0. It may be that in the years since then, the hardware/firmware got fixed and now serves different sort of numbers, or different scales apply to different models and the driver does not yet know.
