[UI] Enhance Button Text Theme

Current Behavior

I see some inconsistencies with button text in Meshery Play in two places:

1. In the FAQ button, the background color is Persian Green, and the text is
2. In the "Join the community" (light mode) and "Sign up" buttons, the background color is yellow, and the text is white. The text on these buttons is not clearly visible.

Desired Behavior

1. The FAQ button should have a white background color, regardless of whether it's in dark or light theme.
2. The "Join the community" (light mode) and "Sign up" buttons should have a yellow background color, with black text in both dark and light themes.
3. On hover, the text color should be the opposite of the default text color.

I know this is a minor issue, but fixing it can ensure a consistent theme across all of Meshery's projects. If you find this issue valid, I am happy to work on it.
