keyboard problem on mks tft35 v1.0

Hello,
i just received my mks tft35 v1.0 screen and wifi module, firmware is up to date.
my wifi network is well detected but when I want to enter the wifi key to connect, when I select the "# + =" section and I use the keyboard it displays me as it was in the "123" section
example when I select the key "%" "I have the" 0 "displayed and that for the whole keyboard.
Result I cannot enter my wifi key which contains certain signs.
Any idea to solve this problem?

I just got the same screen...and the same problem. Surprised it hasn't been acknowledged in a year and a half.

Did you ever manage to find a solution?
