Your question needs elaboration. Assuming you're asking whether you can search for tracks, you can, but only
YouTubeandSoundCloudsupport searching. This can be achieved withytsearch:QUERYandscsearch:QUERYrespectively. Both queries will yield a playlist containing the first search page of tracks.
