proxy error can't curl --proxy 127.0.0.1:8089 http://mubeng/cert

Mubeng is not working when i try to download the cert, please can you help me ?

I am using the last version : mubeng version v0.14.1 on this VM : Linux kali 6.5.0-kali1-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Debian 6.5.3-1kali1 (2023-09-19)

curl --proxy 127.0.0.1:8089 http://mubeng/cert
and I see that in the console :
Proxy server error

I do this :
mubeng -a 127.0.0.1:8089 -f proxyOK.txt -r 10 -m random -v
and I see that in the console :
