This is an RC using updated K8 Client-Go package.

There are a few issues this is hoping to address, primarily #178. Once we get some feedback by users having issues with 0.10.6 we will either promote this or rollback latest to 0.10.4 until we can better understand the issue.

NOTE: I had intended to not push :latest however due to a clone issue in Travis it did not pickup my change properly. I re-ran the 0.10.6 release to "revert" latest however this was out there for a small window of time.
