Binder

Quickstart

  1. Clone this repository
  2. Install Miniconda (or Anaconda)
  3. Navigate to IceDEF directory
    • cd <yourpath>/IceDEF/
  4. Create the icedef conda environment
    • conda env create -f environment.yml
  5. Activate the icedef environment
    • source activate icedef
  6. Install the icedef package using pip
    • pip install -e .
  7. Run jupyter
    • jupyter notebook
