Iceberg Drift Ensemble Forecasting

Quickstart

Clone this repository
Install Miniconda (or Anaconda)
Navigate to IceDEF directory
- cd <yourpath>/IceDEF/
Create the icedef conda environment
- conda env create -f environment.yml
Activate the icedef environment
- source activate icedef
Install the icedef package using pip
- pip install -e .
Run jupyter
- jupyter notebook
