Collaboration request #31

you got any reply for this.? we are also trying to map the local resources of Karachi, Pakistan and wanted a framework to build-upon, though we would LIKE to have more control over the data, as in us being able to add, moderate easily without intervention of map maker folks. Your project also looks promising, maybe more promising even. Thanks. Would like to talk to you about this. Zaid Pirwani |
Hey Y'all, I didn't see the initial message - sorry about that. I'm happy to share with y'all - please email me directly: Thanks!

Hey Nick and Zaid, We’ve actually been collaborating with Renee from Maker Maps to build up a more open-source framework, and plan to have something ready by the end of October! Please check out our Github, and just let us know if you’d like to get involved: https://github.com/AnanseGroup/ananse-map https://github.com/AnanseGroup/ananse-map Your initiative sounds awesome— good luck! Howdy! Just wanted to ping this thread since Maker Network and Nation of Makers have joined @annawb and the Ananse Group in helping move forward the Atlas of Innovation project. We now have a moderation and data quality system that we're in the process of wrapping up. We plan to do some soft launches prior to this year's NOMCON and would love to work with you to improve our front-end and some of the aspects you have obviously done better. Please feel free to contact me for more info and to get a collaboration conversation going. - Matt Kenigson, COO MakerNet |
Hey MakerMap folks,
We're creating an open source wiki/platform/atlas of all the community innovation spaces (and related events), and we'd love to collaborate! We've got 5000+ spaces and sponsorship from the German government for platform development. Let's talk?
We're getting started here: https://github.com/AnanseGroup/ananse-map
Thanks,
Anna Waldman-Brown
