How to use DoH and DoT with external nginx reverse proxy?

I'm trying to get DoH and DoT working when I have nginx running on another box. It looks like I need to change a few config options in the AdGuardHome.yaml file, but how do I do that?

It looks like I might need to change the following options?

allow_unencrypted_doh: true
force_https: false

How can I edit to make these changes?
