Contributions in "awaiting status" don't show up in the data viz

When the City changes the status of a contribution to "Awaiting" it disappears from the data viz. I can see that some candidates have say, 320 contributions, but 11 are in awaiting status, so the data viz says that they have 309 contributions. Also, one candidate, Jeff Lang, has one contribution, and because it is in Awaiting status, he doesn't even show up on the data viz at all as a candidate.

I think if someone makes sure contributions in awaiting status are included in the data viz, this will all be resolved.
