Generation in Tamil

Need to check how to type in Tamil text and how it will get generated. If required need to mark the charset as utf-8 or utf-16.

So the idea is to write the HTML in english and translate the text on page load, with this plugin. Right?

I understand that we need input method for tamil language. Which means a way input tamil in textbox. in other words User should be able to fill-in the form in Tamil.
