Currently hard-coded to api.evertrue.com.

The image.yml should provide a way to change this value based on PASSENGER_APP_ENV. Alternatively, since that level of configuration could be a slippery slope, there should be a convention of copying {env}.nginx.conf files into a known location from the Dockerfile, and the base-image would choose the correct one based on PASSENGER_APP_ENV.
